LIABILITY AND INSURANCE $2M in General Liability, $1M in Auto Liability, $500K in Cargo Liability, $100k E&O, and $100K Surety Bond. What is declared value? The declared value of a package represents our maximum liability in connection with the shipment of that package, including, but not limited to, any loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery relating to that shipment. As the shipper, it’s your responsibility to prove any actual damages. Exposure to and risk of any loss in excess of your declared value is assumed by you.
